WASHINGTON - In a shocking blast at Barack Obama that was caught on tape, the Rev. Jesse Jackson said, "I wanna cut his ____ out." Why was he crying last night? Guilt? Jealousy? Or a genuine joy in seeing the first 50% African American President Elect?
