Governor Tim Pawlenty is the guy to keep a close eye on. What I can't figure out however is how Minnesota can pick a really sharp guy like Pawlenty to be their governor and at the same time nearly elect Al Franken as a Senator. I think the extreme cold must play a role.

For the life of me, I don't understand it. And I LIVE here! I couldn't believe it when Ventura was elected Governor. I thought we learned a lesson from that, but apparently not. We'll see. At this printing Coleman has less than a 400 vote lead out of over 2 million cast.
