Unfortunately, I'm afraid this is a liberal get out the vote tactic. Founders Norman Lear and Keith Carradine are not exactly Conservative idealists. I have a sneaking suspicion that these performers were "born again" in November, 2008. Thus the singers from Harlem and the performer from San Francisco.

His new campaign, Born Again American, borrows evangelical language in trying to promote civic engagement and political involvement. . .

This is the kind of stuff the left is doing -putting a country twang to the music and sucking people in. Really scary stuff when you think about it.
