Why have an electric car charging network when they can design cars that will charge themselves using turbine generated electricity from the self generated wind created when the car rolls down the highway? Not such a good investment in my mind. However, the premise of his article is good. It's just that the example he's using is subject to the same outdating as the examples he used that have become outdated.
