Sometimes universities have exclusive corporate relationships. Like UK with Nike. Or maybe they're a "Coke" only school. It could be KY always stays at a Marriott because they have an exclusive agreement with them. Appearing in a Sheraton ad would go against that agreement and give the impression that UK endorses Sheraton. If Sheraton was smart they would have better understood the passion in college sports and not aired Louisville & Memphis. You think UK basketball fans are going to stay at Sheraton if given another choice after they aired this commercial 1 million times during the tournament?

Oh man. That explains it. I hate that commercial because of this. I wonder why UK turned it down. That's kinda stupid.
