The 136th running of the Kentucky Derby is this Saturday, May 2. You can GO HERE to learn all about the KY Derby. I need to to know if you would like to participate. The sweepstakes is only open to "The Fam." I will be randomly putting the entries into a hat with randomly assigned numbers. Mary & I will then draw numbers alphabetically by the first name of each participant until all horses have been chosen. You could possibly have 2-3 horses to cheer on to the finish line! Please comment below if you would like to be included and stay tuned for updates. Yes....the winner will receive a derby glass to proudly display in a place of prominence until the next Derby. The field should be ready to go by Thursday of this week. Mary had last year's winner - Mine That Bird - Jockey - Calvin Borel

After last year's unfortunate incident of watching my horse being put down on the track...oh, what the hay, I'm in!

Do you promise no more horsies will die? Last year was traumatic. Well, maybe not traumatic, but kinda scary, well, not scary, but kind of exciting, well, not really exciting, but kind of fun . . . Yep. I'm in. Clay's in too.
