You know there's a six pack in there somewhere. Okay, maybe a twelve pack. Thanks everyone for your birthday wishes. I plan to have a lot more. I'm having my favorite meal tonight - meat loaf and potatoes. Gotta maintain that middle age figure . . .
Those are shorts. I did the wild and crazy thing while we were at the beach with Mike and Mary and took off running towards the surf to do a macho dive into the waves. Instead, upon entering the surf, I tripped and landed flat on my face in the water. It might have looked macho, but definitely wasn't. I then felt it necessary to pose for this picture to reestablish some self esteem. It didn't work.
