I somehow think you will take a little snow and ice and no power over your luck with storms here in Florida. Just a guess.....
Florida sounds good right now but not so sure in Sept-Oct. We have not lost power at our house but thousands in Lexington have and it is dipping down to single digits tonight. Brrr..
